At The Oazi Project, we believe that meaningful change starts with investing in local leadership. We move beyond traditional volunteer preperation by centering Tanzanian expertise and shifting the power back to where it belongs.
Our trainings are designed and led entirely by Tanzanian women. Through a paid traineeship, we equip these women with leadership skills, confidence, and fair income opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

We created circular empowerment system, not a one-direction help. This creates a true loop of mutual respect. Volunteers get the invaluable context they need to be genuinely helpful, while Tanzanian women gain the professional growth, financial independence, and recognition they deserve as the real experts. It turns the experience into a shared journey where everyone learns from one another.
